6-1A Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(6)(f)] Observed tuna salad at 49 and cottage cheese at 52 on buffet bar. Sour cream at 45 and ambient at 47 of unit. Feta cheese at 43 and boiled egg at 47 on prep top cooler. Do not use white fridge until re-checked by health department.  Repeat Violation.
6-2 Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(6)(g)] Observed ready to eat condiments ( sour cream and margarine) with no date marked  Repeat Violation.
17C Violation of Code: [511-6-1.07(5)(a),(b)] Observed wall and ceiling damage at dishwasher room and at ceiling at exit of kitchen to storage room. Storage room and kitchen floors need to be resealed.  Repeat Violation.
