4-2A Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(4)(c)1(iv)] Observed at time of this inspection multiple food items stored uncovered in walk in cooler, walk in freezer, reach in freezers and reach in coolers. CA; Manager stated she would ensure foods are stored covered to prevent contamination of food.  New Violation.
4-2B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(6)(n)] Observed at time if this inspection heavy food product build up on blizzard machine, ice cream machine and on top of inside of microwave. CA: Manager stated she would increase cleaning frequency to prevent food contamination on food contact surfaces.  New Violation.
6-1A Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(6)(f)] Observed at time of this inspection a preptop cooler containing TCS foods out of temperature above 41F. COS: TCS foods were removed. CA: Manager stated she would uses time as a public health with the TCS products and change the foods out every 4 hours.  New Violation.
6-2 Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(6)(g)] Observed at time of this inspection no date marking or labeling present on food products. CA: Manager stated she will ensure labels are place on foods to ensure proper disposition.  New Violation.
12A Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(4)(q)] Observed at time of this inspection canned pineapple stored in aluminum can uncovered. COS: Pineapple in cans disposed of. CA: Manager stated she would store opened pineapple in food safe container.  Corrected On-Site.  New Violation.
17C Violation of Code: [511-6-1.07(2)(a)] Observed at the time of this inspection heavy debris build up throughout the premises. CA: Manager stated she would increase cleaning frequency to prevent debris build up and pests.  New Violation.
