COS: moved food in temp to the walk in cooler and food out of temp discarded. CA: will be back Thursday (May 23, 2019) to recheck temperatures.  Corrected On-Site.  Repeat Violation.
10D Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(4)(d)] Need to label and date bulk items and left overs to be reheated.  Repeat Violation.
