3-1C Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(1)] Observed some dented cans in the dry storage area. Food shall be safe and unadulterated. Advised PIC to discard dented cans and separate them in the future.  New Violation.
4-2B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(7)(b)] Observed failure to provide sanitizer buckets to sanitize food contact surfaces during busy service hours. Food contact surfaces shall be cleaned in between uses. Advised PIC to provide sanitizer bucket.  New Violation.
6-1A Observed failure to properly cold hold chicken salad and coleslaw at 41 degrees on the prep top cooler at the front food service area. TCS foods shall be cold held at 41 degrees or below. Advised PIC to discard food.  Corrected On-Site.  New Violation.
6-1B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(6)(f)] Observed failure to hot hold fried chicken and Mac & Cheese at 135 degrees on the steam table at the front food service area. TCS foods shall be cold held at 135 degrees or above. Advised PIC to reheat food.  Corrected On-Site.  New Violation.
8-2B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.07(6)(a)] Observed failure to label a chemical bottle at the main kitchen. All toxic substances shall be labeled and identified. Advised PIC to label chemical containers.  New Violation.
10D Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(7)(c)] Observed failure to label some food containers and bottles. All food items that are not in their original containers and cannot be clearly identified shall be labeled. Advised PIC to label all food containers including bottles.  New Violation.

15C Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(7)(d)] Observed heavy grease build up on floors and walls of several equipment in the facility.  Repeat Violation. Correct By: 02/29/2024
