PIC informed the inspector that the food is kept out of the refrigeration unit during the peak hours. All TCS foods should be stored at 41*F unless keeping food on time logs. All procedures must be approved by the health department prior to time log use.  New Violation.
10D Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(7)(c)] Observed failure to label food products once removed from original container or packaging.  Repeat Violation.
13A Violation of Code: [511-6-1.02(1)(f)(1)] Observed failure to post a valid food service permit not pass the annual due date. (permit posted 3/27/2017)  Repeat Violation.
