2-1C Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(4)(a)1,2,3,4(i)-(iii)] Bare hand contact with ready to eat foods. Observed certified food safety manager pick up just cooked boiled eggs with bare hands and place inside to plate. Advised to wear gloves when handling ready to eat foods, and discard boiled eggs to prevent food contamination. COS- boiled eggs discarded.  Corrected On-Site.  New Violation.
4-2B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(7)(a)1] Utensils, and food contact surfaces must be clean to sight, and touch. Observed multiple cups, coffee mugs, and plates stored as clean not clean to sight, and touch. Observed cups used for sodas and waters with grit and lettuce food debris. Observed coffee mugs stored as clean with dried coffee stains inside, and outside coffee mugs. Observed unidentifiable brown stains on plates stacked above grill stored as clean. Advised CSFM to thoroughly clean all food contact surfaces to sight, and touch.  Repeat Violation.

Advisements: Advised on proper cooling methods. Observed one bowl of raw shell eggs just cooked resting directly in melted ice water. Advised ice can not be directly in contact with ice, and place bowl inside of ice bath.
